These letterpress printed and hand bound postcard sets were conceived as an extension of the genre of mail art. Designed off a 1920's postcard that was given to James' grandmother by her mother, Louise, each postcard is heavy 140# cold pressed watercolor paper. The cards are padded and then tape bound so they stay secure in the booklet but are easy to tear off and send through the mail.
COLOR THEORY CARDS
Each of these letterpressed cards are based on a color theory and emotion. Left open to interpretation these cards can be given for any and all occasions. All cards are blank on the inside and are printed on medium heavy 110# post consumer paper stock.
